FIFO Resume Mate respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Resume files you upload
- Information you manually enter
- Email address for order and support communication
- Payment confirmation details (handled by Stripe)
- Free resume-check scores, target roles and improvement summaries
- Checklist requests and progress from the free checker to checkout and purchase
Optional customer feedback includes your rating, comments and, only if you agree to contact, your contact email. We keep feedback privately for up to 90 days to improve our service. Feedback is not published as a testimonial without separate permission.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to generate resumes and application documents, deliver purchased services, provide customer support, send the checklist and follow-up you request, and understand how customers use our service.
The free checker does not save your uploaded resume or extracted text. We retain your email, target role and check summary for up to 90 days after activity to provide useful follow-ups and improve the service. You can unsubscribe from follow-up and reminder emails using the link in those emails. We keep a hashed email suppression record to respect your preferences and avoid reminders after purchase.
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Retention
Uploaded files and generated documents are stored only as long as necessary to complete your order and provide support.
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. FIFO Resume Mate does not store full payment card details.
Cookies & Authentication
Cookies may be used to manage login sessions and access to purchased services.
